If I didn't pay them they would cause problems. The one they had was correct but it was the one I use for TV. So they must have obtained it from TV. It could just as easily and more probably been obtained with thousands of othets from the email provider. As for the "phishing" emails they are a common thing these days. The current favorite claims to have a password and have taken control of your email and will send porn videos with you as the star to all your contacts if you dont pay them.
