Is everything required for a 30 day extension application available at immigration?

I've never done a tourist visa extension at Promenada. Aside from my passport, will I need to bring photocopies, photos, forms etc. or can I get everything on site?

 

Also does there tend to be a cutoff time (e.g. office closes 4pm but you can't queue after 2pm?)

Promenada is now closed,everything has moved back to

the old offices,that are now new,on Airport road,

You can get copies done there but not photos i think,

 

It has been reported that they are open later,but don't

know if that is still in effect,just go in morning or after lunch.
