I have never claimed myself, nor do I know anyone who has claimed. It will be interesting to see if anyone does have any experience with claims. https://www.axa.co.th/en/smart-condo In Thailand the building should have its own insurance for the structure, so you only need cover for the interior of your unit and for any damage caused to third parties by water leaks etc emanating from your unit.
