battersea
I am selling a scooter.and am based in Nong Khai.i have a buyer who lives in Udon..simple enough..but..Since i am a foreigner selling to a Thai....they insist that i have to go to the Udon Motor Registry in order to complete the transfer and then get paid.I thought that i just complete a.bill of sale and provide the Green Book and that is it.Obviously the buyer wants to change the plates but do I really have to go all they way to the Udon Motor Registry to sell a bike ?Does anyone have any experience of this ?? papa al
Of course you don't have to go to Udon. The buyer doesn't have to buy from you either. Up to you.
