kurgen
I used to stay at the Windy Inn when I first arrived in Pattaya. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The only thing that put me off was the lack of elevator, running up and down steps in this heat is no fun at all

Up2U
The original poster gave a budget ofTHB 1,000 per day, wanted swimming pool access. The Windy Inn falls in this category. Agreed it has no elevator, but thre are not many stories.Staff are friendly and helpful. Many cheaper places, some better value places, but I like the Windy when the wife goes away
