geriatrickid
LOL. The issue of moving the dog is a non issue because in order to get the brain tissue samples, you must have the dead dog. You can't test in the field on a live animal and you would need to carry around the temperature sensitive dFA wash and a fluorescence microscope. They really do need to get their guidelines sorted. patekatek
I heard from someone that the company that sold the government the fake bomb detection devices now has a mobile test kit that detects rabies from up to 5 meters away from the animal in question. For an extra sum, you can purchase the anti-rabies powder they provide that you simply sprinkle on the animal and it will eliminate the rabies without any harm done to the animal. Just a little Sunday morning satire/sarcasm.

What geriatrickid said is 100% right! There is only one way to test for rabies...
PolarAttack
I agree with above. If it tests positive then you should bury it because it’s already dead. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
