falang1969
I am going next month, the wife and I have rented for years so we don't have "Certified Copy of House Registration Book"? Never had an issue in London when getting a Non Imm Multi "O" without it. Will a copy of rental agreement suffice?

Certified means in this case is her signing a copy of her house book registry (page one and the page she is shown on).
maxx58
I just returned from HCMC, Vietnam to get a 90 day Non O visa based on a Thai spouse. Had a Non O-A (retirement) for 7 years previously. Just as Homemade514 wrote about needed documentation in HCMC in January, still applies. Super easy and hassle free was my experience. Lovely city with good, low cost Western meals, great variety of beers, and super cheap taxi's by Grab. Here is his report: Edited December 21, 2019 by maxx58 wrong topic
