This prevalent concept that all Thai companies, and their service, is incompetent and inferior, is nonsense. I have had many positive experiences with Thai companies in my time here. Yes, there are exceptions, as always, but overall I have been impressed far more often than not.

I've always had excellent service from big outfits, PEA, TOT, HomePro etc. etc. and the local "one man and his wife" crafts-people.

It's the mid-sized outfits who employ minimum wage, unskilled, barely trained, badly equipped, poorly supervised workers such as the guys who did our gates where the wheel tends to come off 😞

Where you read the prevalent concept?
