Looking for a specific restaurant that is past Mae Fah Luang University.

On the road that passes Mae Fah Luang Uni and going to Mae Sai, there is a restaurant on a hill that is on the left side of the road. But it's not right on the road, you have to turn left from the main road and drive a bit in and go up a small hill. This restaurant has good fried fish and is very clean.

 

Also, I recall that there was a military checkpoint nearby. Anyone know which restaurant this is and can give me the google maps location? Thank you!

You are talking about a stretch of road maybe 50 km long with a few different checkpoints depending on the day and many side roads.  I think we are going to need a better description than a bit in and go up a hill.
