Certain incarceration facilities are even more notorious with gang rapes, violence being common.

 

we should not be judgmental of anyone, without knowing the total story.

I dont think you understand the purpose of a prison.

Prisons werent made to solve all problems of mankind. They were made to remove those from society who couldnt follow it's rules and laws. ????

Good! What do you think stops most of the foreign crime here?! 

 

Thais do quite a few things right, and making justice for foreigners extremely unforgiving and even unfair is definitely one of those things.
