Beautiful Country Living in Thailand

Recommended Posts

Our air quality took a real turn for the worse, yesterday.  We are living in a grey world with no shadows.  Sure hope it doesn't last too long.😟

The days are getting warmer, but the nights are still fairly cool.  The Pomelo blossoms are gone now, but last night the Orange Jasmine, which smells even nicer, suddenly burst into flower.

A friend of ours invited us to this Japanese cultural event and we really didn't know what to expect.  She came with her family and we ended up knowing several other people in the audience.  The Japanese lecture on pottery was only translated in Thai so I am not sure how much the westerners in the audience got but the flute music was beautifully performed in a stunning location at Mae Fah Luang Art and Culture Park.  The Japanese singer was quite good, too.  The two girls were the receptionists.
