To me it is unbelievable from a Western point of view yet it is true (par for the course) for the Thai populace. I hope this kinda clears up what I meant. Thanks. ???? Vacuum
Quote Col Nikorn refused to explain how or when L/Cpl Jakkrit changed his mind and made his confession. The best Col Nikorn would explain was “during the investigation process”. They can be very 'persuasive' if they want.

So he may not have killed him but the police needed a fall guy and he was selected. Or he may have done it. You can't trust anything coming from the Thai police. Do you really think they would set up another cop as a fall guy? More likely he's just another murdering psycho defending face, like far too many in this country who are legally allowed to carry guns.
