JTXR Posted January 27, 2019 Share Posted January 27, 2019 Since the recent spike in air pollution in BKK, I've had what seems like a classic allergic reaction: constantly runny nose, ghastly post-nasal drip, etc. Fortunately, no real respiratory distress... What's locally available to deal with these symptoms that won't cause drowsiness? In the U.S., I'd use Claritin or Zyrtec, but I don't know what's good and available in Bangkok.
