Man Assaulted Outside His Condo

On the 24th of February at 2.30am Pattaya Police were called to the scene of an assault and battery at Tree Twins Apartments on Thappraya Road.

Police rushed to the scene to find a motorbike laying on the ground. Police had been told that the owner of the motorbike who was injured was sent to Pattaya Memorial Hospital.

Police went to the hospital for further investigation and found the victim named Kittitat Krueasarapet, aged 30, who was receiving treatment for a bleeding head injury.

The victim told Police that he was riding home with his girlfriend who forgot something at his apartment. Arriving back at the apartment, he waited outside while his girlfriend went up to his room.

A short time later, he was approached by two Thai men holding heavy wooden sticks in their hands. The two men suddenly repeated hitting him on his head and then attempted to take his motorbike keys, but somehow he managed to escape inside the building and cry for help.

The two culprits then jumped onto their bike and quickly sped off.

Police investigation continues.
