Up to 365 days in advance. Though you can also extend it whilst abroad once you have International Roaming enabled for the SIM, in order to allow you to receive SMS. You should switch off data roaming, leaving on just GSM.

Then you can extend by;

DTAC  Extend your validity for up to 365 days at a cost of 2 Baht per month.
  1. Press : *113*30*9# for 30 days extension. ... 2 baht
  2. Press : *113*60*9# for 60 days extension. ... 4 baht
  3. Press : *113*90*9# for 90 days extension. ...  6 baht
  4. Press : *113*180*9# for 180 days extension ... 12 baht

thanks for the message, sorry by "in advance" are you saying   "at a time"  meaning  in essence the number could be extended  indefinitely?

I am currently able to receive SMS  internationally with no extra charge,    perhaps  that doesn't  include  sending  SMS back to Thailand ?

anyhow, I was hoping  there might be  something on the webpage  to  extend  the validity  time expiration ??

Yes, up to 365 days of validity can be held at any one time. You don't need to send SMS, only receive them, in order to get the webpage to work. But then you don't need to get the webpage to work if you can simply send the code.

Don't over-complicate...

Why don't you just download the DTAC app so you can follow all the activity ?  It's in English so no more confusion about strange messages in Thai.
