Retirement, Marriage, lump sum or income? Some random thoughts on a Sunday afternoon!

Recommended Posts

Retirement visa extension, 800,000 baht in Thai bank for 5 months of the year, 400,000 baht permanently in account. Support money for self, I.e. one person! Income method: 65,000 baht p.m. transferred into Thai bank account from foreign bank. No need for any of this to remain in bank! Still only one person to support, self. Marriage visa extension, 400,000 in bank 2 or 3 months before extension, no need to keep there all year. As this is a Marriage extension, money required to support 2 people, self and wife. Income method: 40,000 baht income per month, as far as I can see no requirement for this to come from abroad. Again, this is to support 2 people self and spouse. If foreign lady married to Thai man, no proof of income required for Marriage visa extension!

No wonder I cannot find anywhere that sells a book of logic problems!!!![emoji57]
