He /she has the responsibility to ensure that the wishes of the deceased are carried thru. Typically they will employ a probate lawyer to carry out the work. If part of the estate is land or property (as often happens) then this could be the correct place to discuss it. And I dont really see in which other forum it would belong anyway. Having received my translation then his follow up should probably have gone to a General forum. For certain his 2nd Q was related to general law and not to real estate.
