ผู้จัดการมรดก  is the manager of a Will

So administrator/executor  would be the equivalent role in English

Thank you, which rights/benefits he have in Thailand?

An administrator has no rights /benefits in Thailand.

He /she has the responsibility to ensure that the wishes of the deceased are carried thru.

Typically they will employ a probate lawyer to carry out the work.

Note:

This forum is about real estate and property.

Not about managing the estate of a deceased person.

If part of the estate is land or property (as often happens) then this could be the correct place to discuss it. And I dont really see in which other forum it would belong anyway.

His original Q should have been addressed to the Thai Language forum.

Having received my translation then his follow up should probably have gone to a General forum.

For certain his  2nd Q was related to  general law and not to  real estate.

The notion that this forum should advise on inheritance legal procedures -is in my view fanciful.
