Non smokers are welcome to step on their Balconies of their 3 Mill Bht Condos and inhale the visible smog daily. NOT. cigars were my fav for many years BT (before thailand) but i gave them up just before coming here because paying 600-1600b for a decent cigar is ludicrous here. second had cigar smoke is now heaven ???? best smelling air fresheners in the world! years ago if smoking in the restaurant and someone asked me to put it out, ok no problem, but if outside in the open air I got asked to put it out my reply was move. remember to beware of allowing govt to give you rights as they can then take them away just as easily.
