So, brush for an extended time with salt, or add extra salt to a salt based toothpaste.

Proper cleaning involves scaling (hard plaque removal) between the teeth and into the gum line and no combination of toothpaste or salt on toothbrushes can do this. It has to be scraped off or pressured off.

...and nether regions, same, toothpaste and added salt, with soft bristles...

But if there's hard plaque build up you'll need a long session appointment with your handyman using hammer and chisel and steam pressure gun and maid for clean up.

lots of threads to TV for HH Dental Clinic,

i have used HH dental clinic, corner soi 104 and pretkasem road also for many years..  appointments are prompt, excellent work and staff. have had implants, other dental work including fillings, cleaning, xrays.. english ok, will do credit cards but cash is appreciated since quotations are based on cash. 2 rooms face a glass wall with beautiful chinese style garden outside creating a relaxing ambiance with pleasant background music and attentive receptionist, attractive qualified hygienists and dental assistants.  since living far from HH can do appointments by email

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~quote from another thread from many years back, personally i go every year even tho' i live quite a distance from HH is easy to spend a few days for a visit since travel can blow a day for me
The best dentist in Hua Hin imho is Hua Hin Dental Clinic on the corner of Soi 104. Reasonable prices and very very gentle; I had a filling last week without an injection and never felt anything at all during or afterwards. I have been using this dentish for 5 years now
