tomartoh Posted February 9, 2019 Share Posted February 9, 2019 I have bought a second hand drone and find it is alredy registered with CAAT. i have the registration document and a bill of sale. Does anone know from experience if the registration can be transferred to new owner, thus hopefully saving time for the process of registration. Dinobot Posted February 14, 2019 Share Posted February 14, 2019 Registration can be transferred but both parties need to be there or there needs to be proper documentation from the seller that they authorize transfer of the registration to the new owner.
