Burping Spider
Can anyone say if the form, HAS to be translated and notarized at the Thai Embassy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or can a local notary in Pattaya do it, and if so, know any companies I can contact ? Thanks in advance
blackcab
It has to be the MFA. The MFA place a numbered seal on the translation, and this number is recorded on the document you sign when you get married.

blackcab
If you use a company such as Express Translations in Bangkok, you can send them a picture of your document by Line App or email, and deposit payment into their bank account. They will do the translation based on the photo; take the document to the MFA; get the document legslised then send it to you by EMS. http://www.expresstranslationservice.com/cms.php?id_cms=
