someone once told me about a people who migrated down from the north a long, long time ago.  They were named by the local people of the time and that name directly translated to the word "thief".

Of course, I didn't know just who he was talking about.

The guy's task was to gather intelligence. After all, he is Special Branch Police and therefore needs intelligence badly. He must have found one left behind in that cop's car. So, he broke the window to let the intelligence out, maybe to try it on and see if it would fit him...

Even stealing from their own now, bloody disgraceful, sack him, jail him.

If they did that to all of the crooks in the RTP there would be no RTP. He might get a promotion for innovation and setting the new standard.

“The Commissioner found it unacceptable and definitely won’t support a person who commited a crime inside the police headquarters with no respect for the laws and honor of the police,” Kritsana said.

Now.... if he was caught stealing OUTSIDE of the Police HQ, then that would have been entirely different matter. Might even have cost him a day or two in an inactive post....
