Spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Kongcheep Tantravanich said today that Gen Prawit urged police and provincial administrators to ensure public safety on Valentine’s Day, which is celebrated by many young couples. He encouraged stricter supervision of nightclubs and areas where minors and teenagers congregate, in order to prevent potentially dangerous situations.
