I was wondering which city, Manila or Kuala Lumpur, is easier to apply for a Thai ED Visa? Of course, the less hassle, the better. I heard Manila doesn't accept ED visa applications from foreigners and is only serving Filipinos, but that is just the grapevine and we all know the worth of such information ???? Requirements can found here. https://www.thaiembassymnl.ph/images/ThaiVisaRequirementsAndProcedure.pdf The embassy in KL has a police clearance requirement on their checklist for ED visas. For my visa requirements they followed their list strictly. I telephoned them before twice and got through easily and answers were fairly cooperative.
