Looking for a MD Medical Doctor in Chiang Mai who is license to practice in USA

Needed to resolve social security disability issue. In a previous post, I asked about information on an Osteopath. However, I have new information that a medical doctor licensed to practice in the US will suffice. Any leads about this would be most appreciated. Thanks

However, I do not know if he is licensed in the US. Alternatively, one could drop in to Chiang Mai Ram Hospital and make inquiries?

Suan Dok Hospital has the teaching arm of the CMU medical school.  Check there, they may have a visiting US MD instructor or somebody passing thru that could help.  They have had such people in the past.

If by chance none of the American doctors in Chiang Mai are available and you don't mind travelling to Bangkok, Dr. Nick Walters should be able to help you.  Many US veterans use him for VA medical exams.  Here is a link:  http://www.mission-hospital.org/en/component/k2/item/54-dr-nick-walters.html

There are doctors here who practice in the U.S.A. but as far as I know there are only pediatricians.

You know, sometimes I get fed up with a lot of the smart ass comments I see going back and forth on Thai V. But the sharing of useful information such as this is priceless. There may be others looking for the very same. Thank you very much!

Not only you, smart ass comments, also bashing and instant negatives.

Also comments about the way it's done / the concerned laws etc., etc,. in other countries

 

Par for the course on an open forum anywhere I guess.

 

But many times I've directly received or read in other posts quite valuable and helpful information.
