Illegal AirBNB type outlets are no doubt getting a fair amount of patronage.

Someone in here, please tell TAT to stop lying.

Social media is far more advanced than TAT brains and comments combined.

Sorry TAT, you are the weakest link, goodbye........

It was announced this afternoon that The Bangkok Post's Fashion Division is promoting the white mini dress with no underwear Songkran look. At the same time, TAT has assured foreign women that no water will be thrown this year. Remarkably, hotel bookings from single males have skyrocketed.😎

If the booze banners get their way and there is no alcohol on sale on April 13 you can bet your bottom dollar that tourists will not only stay away, they will switch to Cambodia, Laos etc where they can have a load of fun.

The rationale for a booze ban is to prevent road accidents. There will be no impact because the residents who have a good stock of booze will continue to drive drunk.

Road fatalities halved when alcohol banned

So “a load of fun” can only be had by tourists if they have booze ?

If that was only remotely true, I for one would vote for alcohol ban all year long in Chiang Mai.

So, what you're saying, is that a single day booze ban, of which potential tourists have no idea about, will make people change their vacation to Laos or Cambodia?

You do understand how stupid that actually sounds...don't you?

switch to SEA"s armpit number one and two because of one booze free day? Has to be the most desperate attempt at thai bashing this year.
