geovalin Posted February 19, 2019 Share Posted February 19, 2019 A Taiwanese man was jailed for 30 years yesterday for trafficking nearly four kilograms of methamphetamine in Phnom Penh. Municipal Court Presiding Judge Seng Leang said tourist Tsai Jan-Ko, 58, was arrested on December 29, 2017, in Daun Penh district by Interior Ministry anti-drug police. “The court decided to convict and sentence him to 30 years in prison,” Judge Leang said. . . “The court orders him to pay $200,000 to be put towards the state revenue.” He recommended that Mr Tsai appeal to a higher court if he did not accept his sentence.
