Motorcyclist's luck ran out when the road ran out

A 25 year old female motorcyclist was found dead on the outskirts of Bangkok after she used a road in the night that was under construction.

A section of the expansion work on the local road of Ratchapreuk Road traversing the Bang Bua Thong klong has a piece still missing.

It was conjectured that the biker from Ratchaburi did not know this and plunged to her death.

She was named as Krongkarn Wichitchoke, 25.

By the time she was found on Monday morning she had been dead between six and eight hours. She had suffered fatal head trauma.

Thai Rath reported that the area has many warning signs. But people are still using the section despite it not being open yet.

They also said that police had not ruled out suicide in this case. In addition they said that the rider had short hair without explaining why this may be relevant.

Maybe she was wearing a helmet ?? But then a 400baht skid lid ain't gonna cushion that fall. She had short hair though

Maybe long hair helps cushions the impact? ???? Oops sorry I'm not supposed to be drinking today ????

Perhaps an opportunistic thief came across the body and cut off her long hair to sell.

Maybe police should be combing wig-makers establishments, testing DNA?

Not much empathy for a young dead lady on here.  Apparently, her death is a cause for much amusement.

I wonder what possibly could have caused the police to suggest that her fatal accident might have been a suicide.  They do seem to believe that a suicide verdict ties things up nicely, whereas surely an "accident" would be a more obvious cause of death?
