Your passport is a privilege not a right and remains the property of the issuing government. (at least that is what mine says) No need for the US to issue her a new one or any other travel documents, so she will remain where she is at least as long as Trump is in the Whitehouse. She already decided to leave the U.S to join ISIS and live in Syria, so now she can as well leave Syria for Yemen where her family comes from - why not?
