I am  not able to see if  the parking  spot was actually  designated as  for  disabled only.

Regardless there is  no  right  to  exit any  vehicle in  favour  of another . Sue  the  baskets !

Seems such action is spreading given this report from today's Daily Mail. Although no report of any disability trike being removed for the multi millionaire footballer and his yellow Stg250k Lambo.....!!
