I shall be within the last 30 days from March 5, but I really want to do it before March 1 if possible, to postpone the impact of new rules about the cash deposit for another year. I think I have seen somewhere here that up to 45 days before expiration is sometimes permitted, but under what circumstances was not explained. Does anybody know the answer?
