PHUKET, Thailand – A weekend of sporting fun the 5th Supersports 10 Mile International Run series Thailand 2018 Phuket Presented by Skechers. Held on 31st March, 2019 at the Thanyapura Health & Sports Resort, there was something for everyone with distances including a 500 metre Kids Run, 3 Mile (4.8km), 5 Mile (8km) and the iconic 10 Mile (16km) run, all part of a “Thailand series” concept that has seen the event grow to become one of Phuket& leading sports events.

KHARTOUM (Reuters) - Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir, facing the country's biggest popular protests since he came to power 30 years ago, declared a one-year state of emergency on Friday and called on parliament to postpone constitutional amendments that would allow him to seek another term in a 2020 presidential election.

(Reuters) - Robert Kraft, owner of the Super Bowl-winning New England Patriots, was charged in Florida with soliciting prostitution after he was captured on video engaging in sex acts with a worker at a massage parlor, police said on Friday.

CHICAGO (Reuters) - Grammy-winning singer R. Kelly was charged on Friday with criminal sexual abuse of at least three teenagers under age 17, the local state's attorney said, following years of allegations against the 52-year-old R&B singer.

Florida mayor jailed, 'lucky he’s not dead' after allegedly shooting at deputies

PHUKET: Patong Police together with Patong Municipality and the Patong Development Foundation, headed by local scion Preechavude ‘Prab’ Keesin, launched their “Where your helmet?” campaign yesterday (Feb 21), handing out 500 helmets free to people gathered at the Bangla Police Box at the beach end of Bangla Rd.
