I use it on a pc so that app is not relevent. I emailed HDPrime yesterday lunchtime on the issue and still no reply. Spamhead Posted February 25, 2019 Share Posted February 25, 2019 If you are using a Web Browser they have a new URL. Try using www.hdpri.me which will take you straight to the login screen.
