fruitman
If you miss good fried potato's this is your chance...Foodland has very small potato's which are perfect for frying....boil them with peel and deepfry/fry them...maybe cut them in halves first if you like. Liverpudlian
Been chipping them for years here and most are shipped in via china very wet & starchy but better than nothing i give them a 5 out of 10 compared to brit spuds.

I had never seen them before in foodland. But it's the only potato in thailand we can fry...the others burn very easy. I like these. Where did you buy them for years? KneeDeep
Can understand if it's for a chip shop or restaurant, but I can use any kind of potato they have. Though I roast and don't fry. Wash them with the peel on, microwave them for four to five minutes, dependent on size, slice them into 1cm thick slices. Toss in olive oil, salt and rosemary and roast at 170 to 190 degrees Celsius. Delicious.

djayz
If only I had a frying pan... Mrs. Djayz buys spuds at TescoLotus (or was it Makes?) and they're usually pretty good too, also good for frying.
