I, EU-citizen reciding in Thailand and my 'wife', who is Thai, are planning the next trip to Europa. This time we would like to take her niece along for 2-3 month. The girl is 7 years old. I'm not an expert on all things Schengen, but taking your wifes neice for 2-3 months might well be an issue, that's a fairly long time, what about her schooling? I'm danish and that is where we expect to spend most of the time during the stay. We are well aware of several opstacles on the way ahead, still if possible it is something we like to do.
