National Parks closure??

I read yesterday the Parks have been closed for fire danger to hikers.

I go up the mountain nearly every day and I've looked for this subject but can't find.

 

Question is how much is closed.

eg. Pilgrim's Trail closed? In which case how are they closing it.......a notice, a barrier, or rangers?

eg. Montathan road to waterfall......this is a concrete road but with trees at the sides? Closed?
