They have not been sentenced, the purpose of a remand prison should be as last resort for persons who may not turn upon judgement day. Chain gang work should be for convicted prisoners... BestB Posted March 3, 2019 Share Posted March 3, 2019 All sounds good and picture looks nice , however I saw them working , boiling hot, guards smoking and drinking water, prisoners had nothing , not a single bottle of water.
