I hold a Maltese passport but I reside in Australia, she lives In thailand. Does she require a visa, or can she travel with me on my passport? theoldgit Posted March 3, 2019 Share Posted March 3, 2019 As the wife of an EU national she should still apply for a visa, though the process should be a fairly straightforward as she could apply under the EU Free Movement Directive, you must be travelling together or provide evidence that you're meeting up, the directive doesn't apply if she's travelling to Malta.
