Pilotman
Last time I went through BKK I somewhat cheekily walked through the fast track and said to the official that I was over 70 and therefore qualified to use that lane. He let me by, but is this right, can anyone over 70 use that fast track lane, or is it just for Thais over 70?
chash
I've used the Fast Track lane a couple of times. No problem. But then I'm 79 - and it probably shows. The IO can of course see the date of birth in your passport. In October a guy of maybe late fifties tried to go through and he was turned away before he reached the IO. At least until mid last year it was indeed "Priority Lane". I remember that the all mighty inerrant Mr. Big Joke wanted it to be (re)named "Fast Track", a term that was used interchangeable in the past. And as you can see even this lane (on departure) can get crowded.
bender92
I'm 67 but while in a long line an IO lady walked by and I showed her my retirement Visa so she told me I could go to the Priority lane. The guy at the desk stamped me in.
chingmai331
I carry a fore-arm crutch into the Immig hall. I always get the best treatment and shortest line. I am not a cripple.

Lacessit
I've used it several times. Much better than the huge queues in the cattle crush. i've seen a couple of young people use it when they are at risk of missing a connecting flight. Well, that's what they say.
