How can we know which is more dangerous? More damaging? We can guess. But the fact is we will have a hard time of it until someone dies, who was never a smoker ,but was a vaper the whole life. Does their lungs have damage from the heat of vapes? The metallic composition of the vape debris? Are they genetically effected?

What we know is that vaping contain carcinogen substances, however, a portion less than cigarettes and for the same reason we can assume it is harmful - how much remains to be seen ...

Nonsense.  There is considerable scientific evidence.  Nobody is whistling in the dark.  True, nobody can say for sure yet, but e-cigs are one of the most researched newly invented products ever.  It's not a guess at all!  It's your opinion.

Since you do not base your statements on facts its you who provide nonsense ...

What considerable scientific evidence are you referring to? The majority of the vapers are previous cigarette smokers and for that reason we can not ascertain Nada ....

The vaping history is to short and only small groups over a limited period of time has been tested in combination with different surveys and that is far from enough to ascertain anything but a tiny assumption - yet ...

That's a fact whether you like it or not ... :coffee1:

I guess vaping really helps, no wonder thai tobacco doesn't want it. They want ro continue selling cancersticks instead.

It really is that simple and transparent.  Reminds me of the combustion engine car manufacturers grassing up electric vehicles as being unsafe, unreliable, inefficient....... and then wind up producing one themselves.  Then it's ok.  🙄

So are normal smokes, so why are they still legal?

Because they get 50% Tax even if they are more bad than e-cigarettes

that is good news.
which independent and unbiased study supports that conclusion ?
so I can share that knowledge in the obituary of two friends of mine who passed away recently after smoking (i.e. nicotine addiction) induced cancer.

(at least that is what the doctors in the two teams who had specialised in cancer of the throat, lungs and brain, said.)

Not one of those Doctors or specialists will say that nicotine causes cancer, because it is a medically accepted fact that it does not.

Which independent and unbiased study am I getting that from? Just about 100% of studies that have ever been done on nicotine and cancer.

As a matter of fact nicotine actually helps the brain function better, it has accepted positive properties. Though it can affect the heart negatively, but again no more than caffeine can. And of course it's obviously addictive.

But in and of itself, nicotine is not particularly harmful at all.

The other main ingredient in vape juice is propylene glycol, which also happens to be the main ingredient in many asthma inhalers. So, we can take as a given that it is not too harmful to the lungs.

Nicotine is the main ingredient that causes addiction in cigarettes (though not the only one), but it is not what causes cancer, or the lung/throat congestion.

Most things in life are bad for you in some way. I would not call the current government good for me! Life is a risk. Everything you do is a risk. People have to be able to make their own decisions as to what they do, or don't do. The only line should be about how it affects others. I thought the UK was a nanny state but Thailand beats it hands down. LET PEOPLE MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS.

Vapes can use, dried herbs, liquid, or wax (tablets?)

Some can use all three, some can use one, or two.

For those who feel that rules and regulations take away the smile should travel to Cambodia or Philippines were total lawlessness will give you a rather strained smile ...

Good question, but don't worry,  Big Joke is already working on a cunning plan, to stop all smokers from entering Thailand.

You wrong, his plan to let smokers in , then arrest them, fine them and deport them.

Makes for much better headlines, not to mention fills up the bank.😉
