You may or may not know that to obtain a German DL , it takes one year of learning/practice. One can assume (only) that some vehicle in the oposite lane forced him off the road. This is a very common scenario here at Thai Visa Forum - people defend others blindly on assumptions while accusing others on the same blind assumptions! Basically, its one part of the world is perfect and the other part is a total inhuman jungle. To obtain a German DL, it takes one year of learning/practice. Very well and good. Fine.
