Humphrey Bear
This is a bluddy awful crossing. Every time I return to Pattaya there is a different configuration of traffic lights. Currently road-side lights. Three months ago - no lights. Six months ago - overhead lights with countdown. So on. Now there are right-filter lights, but those going straight on still try to go straight on. Would be better with traffic islands and a right-filter lane - the road is wide enough. (3rd Road, that is)
