Funny to claim she must be a foreigner while the Thai girls don't really get more white than here up north, enough of them are tall too.
If you ask me this must be someone that knows the ways around in those places, if it is a foreigner, likely a (former) teacher.

So the courts have issued a warrant for her arrest.  They must have positive I.D.

I think it's an inside job, probably one of the foreign teachers looking for extra cash.  Can't blame them when they earn 30k THB .
