Dropped by this AM. Small amount of vehicles. Nothing outstanding.

Saw the RE 650 for the first time in the flesh.

Had some nice touches - heat shield - small black steel round stock - to protect the inside of your knee when riding.

Overall was OK. Mufflers are giant.

The Himalayan - only a mother could love.

I must be it's mommy....

I absolutely love the thing.

To turn it into a 90's dual sport, it just needs the front racks gone, a headlamp/shroud that turns with the forks and bish bosh.

I am very impressed with the thing, fit & finish, braided brake lines, wonderful analogue dash, etc etc.

The new twins don't do a lot for me TBH.

Stock is what I saw. In Flat Black.

Lines did not flow for me, looked like they had the basic bike and used a shotgun to add the headlight, pipe and muffler, windshield, fenders ...

Not much time spent on design to my eye. Hodge podge of elements - no cohesion.

We'll agree to disagree.

I like it 'cos it looks different.

Even stock i like it.

Functional.

A bit like a Ural, not pretty but useful.

Nothing else like it.

Like a scabby pack mule instead of a pedigree race horse.

Here's what a modified one looks like by RE TH on their show stand.
