Jip99
My sister-in-law needs to have a plaster cast on her arm removed. The cast was put on in a hospital in Isaan but she is now in Jomtien. Can anyone recommend a clinic that can do this - rather than go through the palaver of registering at a hospital.

I used to do that. Took about 15 minutes with a special plaster saw. As a Dr is way cheaper than that, why would a nurse removing a cast cost so much at a government hospital? Do the poor Thais have that sort of money?
