I don't really care about what kind of car it is, as long as it is insured. I won't be alone in Phuket this time so the scooter / motorbike isn't an option for us sadly. Is something in the 300-400$ range possible in low-season ? Thanks (I'm not sure why my search is returning no result on "Car Rent" or "Car Rental", surely there has been at least someone asking that in the 650 pages of /Phuket Forum ?) "rent" gets "rental" as well. The site:forum.thaivisa.com gets results only from the thaivisa site. Pay attention to the dates. You will get a lot of information that is probably out-of-date.
