You obviously believe the Pitbull myths?

I love dogs, had mainly labs all my life.

I hate seeing wild mangy starved, rabies infested soi dogs all over LOS.

I hate seeing idiots with pitbulls, these idiots are everywhere all over the world that allow pitbulls.

I have seen a pitbull club turn up at the Kings park in Hua Hin and challenging each others dogs while holding them back on chains and encouraging them to fight.

These idiots should be banned, and unfortunately the dogs have a terrible record of violence due to this and are banned now in many countries.

One of my best friends had one for 4 years when it severely mangled and crippled his arm, permanently, for trying to stop it attacking a pet rabbit at his brothers house.

not sure if the breed should be banned - but keeping 6 of them together is utterly irresponsible.

It should be made sure that the owner is qualified (I mean really qualified, not the Thai way qualificatioin). And not more than one dog.

Most are unable to take care of themselves, let alone a genetic breed of dog that has schizophrenia.

Sad really. RIP.

and yes i believe. lots of cases.

i mean did you ever heard a 'poodle' or a 'St. Bernard' having such cases of killing people?

pitbulls are dangerous species created by cross breed in 1800 s. also they are used for bull baiting and dog fights, and for a reason of course.

Most probably they are cross breed just bc of this!

they have strong jaw muscles and they can kill unlike many other dogs.

and not sure why there are ignorant people thinking pitbulls are fine.

What most people don't realize is that it's not the breed that's the problem,

it's the monkey-brained Somchai's who are the dog owners.

Most have no clue how to properly socialize dominant breeds such as this and get in way over their heads.

What you don't realise is that it is the breed. Bred for fighting. You can't "socialise" that out of them. Responsible for more attacks on humans than any other breed in the US. Completely unsuitable as a family pet. Been banned in the UK for many years.

I don't understand why anyone would want a dog in Thailand, never mind 6 dogs.

With the heat, rabies, traffic, strays and no space for exercise there's just no good reason I can see to have a dog here.

And the last thing we need in Thailand is another source of annoying noise.

Bangkok is not Thailand ... the dogs here have plenty of space to exercise and annoy Buffaloes ... well, until the Buffalo turns around and takes them on the horns ...

RIP.

If you want loyalty and protection, then get Akitas. They can break a pitbull's back by locking their jaws and shaking their heads. In ancient Japan, they were used for hunting bears.image.png.c3da16aab92931f46b24458e5fab174f.png

Dogs can not "lock tier jaws" ... actually I'm not aware that any animal can.

Pit bull 'type' dogs can still be obtained in the UK. As there is no Kennel Club standard for this type of dog.

The breed "American Pit Bull" is banned in the UK.
Most people wouldn't even know what one looked like if they saw it on a lead on the high street. These dogs are still bred out in the sticks. I had one many years ago, the breeder still has them, up in the hills of North Wales.
