Officials from the Libong Wildlife Sanctury said fishermen spotted the bloated marine mammal’s carcass off a beach on Koh Lao Liang. The carcass, which was about 90cm long and weighed about 30kg, was sent to the Phuket Marine Biological Centre to determine the cause of death.
