PHUKET: Police have arrested a Polish man who operates a hotel in Patong after he was accused of threatening his hotel manager with a gun.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Reserve on Wednesday brought its three-year drive to tighten monetary policy to an abrupt end, abandoning projections for any interest rate hikes this year amid signs of an economic slowdown, and saying it would halt the steady decline of its balance sheet in September.

SEATTLE (Reuters) - Boeing Co has delayed by at least three months its first uncrewed flight to the International Space Station under NASA's human spaceflight programme, and pushed its crewed flight until November, industry sources said on Wednesday.
