Holiday home maybe, but to live in on a permanent basis, not sure at all. Having said that, better than a condo of the same size. My shed/workshop/storage room is quite a bit bigger, it also has AC - problem is construction is similar and no insulation making AC worthless this time of year, too hot to spend any-time in there at all - sweatbox! - this place would be the same, least in a condo you would have a chance of staying cool.
